The new helmet Lumos Ultra E-BIKE for e-bike is the world's first smart helmet for e-bikes. The new helmet builds on its predecessor, the Lumos Ultra bike helmet, and is certified to NTA-8776 for speeds of up to 45 km/h . It is equipped with a lighting system and an alarm system.
The Lumos Ultra E-Bike is equipped with a range of smart safety features that make cycling safer. These include integrated turn signals, which can be operated using a wireless remote control or by waving with the Apple Watch. By default, the new ULTRA helmet is equipped with integrated lighting at the front and back for improved visibility. Now, two additional LEDs have been installed in the integrated face shield to extend visibility to 360 degrees.
Thanks to the improved Circuitry-on-Board (COB) lightweight construction technology, the headset weighs only 490g. However, the lighting is brighter than on other Lumos models. The Ultra now has a battery life of more than 10 hours. The headset is recharged via a USB-C charging cable.
Lumos also offers an app that allows you to monitor battery status, make adjustments to headset settings, and have built-in track recording.
It features a scratch-resistant face shield with integrated side lights that double as front turn signals. The helmet features a new fit system with improved contours and feel.
